1. What we sell

Sports Prop Madness sells sports analysis, projections, and tools. We are an information service. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept wagers, and we never hold money you intend to bet. Any bet you place is placed by you, with a third party, at your own risk.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 21, or 18 where local law permits sports betting at 18, and legally allowed to view betting content where you live. Checking that is on you.

3. No guarantees

Seeds, projections, and Madness meter scores are opinions derived from statistical models. They are frequently wrong. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed outcome, a promise of profit, or financial advice. Past results shown on the site do not predict future results.

4. Your account

One person per account. Don't share logins, scrape the board, resell our content, or repost the paid board publicly. Doing any of that ends the membership without a refund.

5. Payment and cancellation

Memberships are monthly and paid in advance through Cash App. There is no auto-renew and no stored card: if you don't send the next payment, access pauses. If you paid and haven't used the board, message us within 7 days for a full refund. We do not refund a month because it was a losing month.

6. Availability

We aim to post the board daily, but we don't guarantee uptime, delivery times, or that any specific league will be covered on any given day. Odds shown are captured at the time of posting and will move.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses, missed bets, incorrect odds, delayed information, or anything else arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous month.

8. Ending things

You can stop any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms, abuses other members, or uses the service to harm someone. If we close your account for reasons other than a breach, you get the unused portion of the month back.

9. Changes

If we change these terms, the date above changes and members get a notice before it takes effect.
